The webpage (.aspx) shown below should refresh the contents of the second tab every time it is accessed, reloading anothercontent.aspx page on that tab . This works well in all browsers except IE (9 & 10 tested). Why?Thanks!- <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
