Hidden Div Scroll Issue with Android

I've got a page that consists of 4 selects, 3 radio buttons in a controlgroup and a hidden div that contains 2 datebox plug-in inputs. The hidden div is displayed when the 3rd radio button is selected. I'm having a weird issue where if I've scrolled down so the 4th select is at the top of my phone screen and click the 3rd radio button to display the hidden div, if I then scroll further down so my 2nd radio button is at the top of the screen where the select used to be, if I click that radio button, it brings up the select list as if the select was still at the top of the screen and hadn't moved. I've tried the same thing on a co-workers iPhone and that behaved correctly, so I'm leaning towards this being an Android browser issue. Has anyone else experienced this and figured out how to fix it?
