jQuery mobile collapsible content works locally, fails online

Hi,
Apologies in advance of this is a stupid question but I am a complete newbie having just discovered jQuery mobile and done my first example of collapsible content panels. They work brilliantly locally in all browsers, and online when accessed by desktop FF and on iPad, Android Chrome on phone and tablet, but the jQuery doesn't render in desktop Chrome or IE9 when the page is accessed online - it just shows the html.

Same thing happens on a CMS.

So what have I missed ? I followed the simple examples given. I would be very grateful for any assistance to get better at using this fantastic tool.
