Hey guys, I've got a form, and I would like for users to be able so select a date using datepicker. A couple of days ago it was working fine. Now I'm at the end of my form and it's not working. Here is a link to the form page. I don't know what I've done wrong, can anyone please help?

I'm am currently working on a form and would like for visitors to have to pick a date using the jquery datepicker. I had implemented it into the form last week, but to my surprise I can't get it working this morning.
I have been fooling arround with the code, but can't seem to find a reason it sould not be working.
I hope you guys can help me out.

I'm calling the datepicker with the following...

1. <input type="text" id="datepicker" />

And have the following in the head tag.
