Accordion Behaving As Toggle

I'm needing a series of toggled headers laid out like an Accordion. Something that can be themed similar to the toggled headers in the ThemeRoller menu. Can Accordion be configured to toggle open multiple headers? If not, any suggestions on an alternate that can be themed?

Accordion multiple sections open at once - jQuery Forum -- Kevin says

no, the accordion is not meant for having more than one active panel. If you want more than one active panel open at a time, use a different plugin. There is a toggle Panels plugin floating around out there by rdworth for this specific use case.
