Accordion displaying expanded on load

I am using the accordion and tabs ui on the same page. When I tested the accordion by itself, it worked fine. When I added the tabs to the page, the accordion section started displaying the expanded view as the page was loading. What can I do to display the collapsed view on page load? Thanks.

You could add a class/CSS to hide those accordion sections initially.

I've tried adding display: none and overflow: hidden in a few different places with no luck. Can you please take a look at my code and let me know what I need to add to the css? I'd really appreciate it.
