Accordion Not Rendering

I get on this error Uncaught TypeError: Object [object Object] has no method 'accordion' whenever I run my jquery accordion.

I am not sure what is causing this error. I can run the exact same code in a seperate html file. I am wondering exactly what could cause this error. I have tried removing other jquery plugins and jquery code, and still the error occurs.

Can anyone offer me advice on how to troubleshoot?

The most common cause is including jQuery , then jQuery UI, then another jQuery.

Also possible, is not including jQuery UI, or using a partial jQuery UI without accordion.

Hmm ok, so I was looking through the code and found my designer added in the following line at the bottom of the page. Right before the close body tag.

<script src="//ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.8.2/jquery.min.js"></script>
<script>window.jQuery || document.write('<script src="path/to/js/vendor/jquery-1.8.2.min.js"><\/script>')</script>

That line occurs right at the bottom of the page. Then there is the following in the head tag

<script src="http://code.jquery.com/jquery-1.8.3.js"></script>
<script src="path/to/js/html5shiv.js"></script>
<script src='path/to/js/bjqs-1.3.min.js'></script>
<script src="http://code.jquery.com/ui/1.10.0/jquery-ui.js"></script>
<script charset='utf-8' tppabs='http://widgets.twimg.com/j/2/widget.js'></script>

However, when I copy the HTML that is generated by my web application. The accordion works just fine. So that is why I am getting confused.
