Can I add icon in the titlebar ? And if it's possible, how can I associate an event?

Here is proof of concept!! Since the documentation states under the title option thus,

title
Specifies the title of the dialog. Any valid HTML may be set as the title.

Then, yes you can add an icon (I guess an image would do) and you can attach an event as shown.
