Try adding this CSS:

1. .ui-menu { text-align: right; }

That works for the text, however the icons in the <span> tags remain on the left side, I'm not sure if there's a way to get them over to the right. I've tried floating them to the right, and also placing the span after the text, but neither cause it to move position.

The icons in the Menu demo are already on the right. Can you provide the URL of a page that demonstrates your problem?
