Bug 6198 (Datepicker Dropdowns in ie) still happening

We have upgraded to jquery 1.9.1 and jqueryui 1.10.1. The bug described here:

http://bugs.jqueryui.com/ticket/6198

is still happening for us even though it was supposedly fixed in 1.8.15. How can we stop this bug from happening?

The bug requires that you click the month and year dropdowns twice - basically doubleclick - in ie or the dropdown will "flash" and close.
