Don't post your Email online... If you give out your address as public knowledge there's no way to protect yourself.

The best way to protect an email address from spambots is to not send it to the client.

you think some jquery scripts are useless, e.g. scripts replacing  width [at] and [dot]

I tried, but dont get it work in jQery mobile only in normal html.

But if there is nothing better, I think spambots are intelligent enough to learn that!?

So, if send a form is a good way, forms needs protection as well.

yes, that's useless. the bots typically don't execute the javascript.
