I am trying to create a jquery mobile page with a fixed footer nav bar with several tab-like buttons.
<li><a href="#" class="filter-incoming ui-btn-active">Incoming</a></li>
<li><a class="filter-ready" href="#">Ready</a></li>
<li><a class="filter-completed" href="#">Completed</a></li>
This nav bar works great, as is the demo, except on each button click I'd like to perform an action (ie change the innerHTML of a DIV rather than load a new page.
So I wire up a handler and get the action to work fine:
Only now I can't get the button to become selected. I tried adding $(this).addClass('ui-btn-active'); to my click handler, but when I run the debugger I see the handler add the class, but when the toolbar reappears no buttons are selected. Is there a way to do this?thanks-simon
