Charting Library Compatibility
in jQuery Mobile

Hello,
I am planning to develop a "phonegap & jquery mobile" application that is compatible with major mobile platforms(iphone, android, blackberry, winphone, symbian, etc...)
The question is that : "Which charting library is best from the point of both visual quality and cross compatibility?".
"Highcharts" looks very well;but it is not compatible with "android<3.0"
"Jscharts" is also stylish; but not sure about compatibility with platforms except "android and iphone"
And lots of other libraries and similar question marks?
Could you please suggest me a library which is cross platform compatible, approved, stable, stylish and has an easy to understand api. It may or may not be free.
