Dialog - background non-clickable?

Hey,

http://jquerymobile.com/branches/popup-widget/docs/pages/popup/index.html

From the link above, if you click the "dialog" button, that's the type of dialog I want (but not exactly). In this example you can click the background to hide the dialog. How to make background non-clickable? The dialog would close only by clicking buttons. Any help would be appreciated.

Correct, it's targeted for version 1.3.0 unless you want to run your site off of a nightly build.
