inset doesn't work?

For some weird reason data-inset="false" doesn't work in collapsibles and in collapsible sets. Anyone know why?

Where does it say it will work? I don't think collapsible sets were ever meant to span the whole screen. You can change the CSS if you want it to expand the full screen width.

If it *did* work, then there would need to be an alternative way to visually represent the hierarchical relationship.

Of course, you are free to write overriding CSS.

Maybe some jQuery script isn't loaded properly. Since your code is working, although your last closing tag ( </ul> ) should be </div>

This feature is introduced in version 1.2. You've shown us the docs for 1.2.

Are you using 1.2?

It was the docs for 1.1.1 and it is in 1.1.1. And about the closing ul tag that was just a copy paste mistake.

I don't think there's a problem with the loading but here is the code:

Edit:

For some weird reason when I just copy and paste the code from http://www.m00x.com/jqm/test.html it works, can't see why mine doesn't.

jQuery Mobile is not compatible with jQuery 1.8.

For 1.1.1 you can use 1.7.1.

For 1.2 you can use 1.7.2.

I don't know if this is your problem, but you should start with using compatible libraries.

I just moved my collapsible-set from inside my content div and it seemed to fix the problem. Not sure why it can't be within the content block for inset to work...

Thanks this fixed my issue too, there is some bug with this.

I have been working with the collapsible for quite a bit lately - i think there is a bug in the collapsibleset.js widget ( to be specific: o.inset being undefined, when it should be false). could be the reason for your problems. I fixed it for my modified jqm version (sample), feel free to pull out what you need.
