You should probably review the JQM blog at http://jquerymobile.com/blog/ to review the changes that were made in this release to understand the changes that went into the release.  The team often lists incompatibilities, deprecations, and known issues for each release that you would need to review to understand if it applies to anything that you've done in your own application.

Ultimately, there's no way for anyone to answer with any guarantee of certainty that your application will work safely.  In most cases, if you've implemented your application correctly it should generally work okay but you still need to test for yourself.  The answer will always be "it depends" and asking the community whether the upgrade is transparent should never be considered a substitute for actually testing your application.

I want to know API compatibility between ver 1.1.1 and ver 1.2.0.

Even only one incompatibility, I want to know it.

 

Why do you keep asking people to tell you about any incompatibilities?  There's no possible way for anyone to tell you if you've done something in your own application that will result in an incompatibility.

If you want to know what's changed and any potential incompatibilities, then read the change logs for each release as mentioned in the previous responses.  You have to determine how you're using the framework and if you're using any of the functionality that was changed in a release or has documented known issues.

If you aren't using all of the jQuery Mobile API why do you even care about "even only one incompatibility" for something that you aren't using?  If you're expecting a totally bug-free framework then you probably don't have realistic expectations:  https://github.com/jquery/jquery-mobile/issues
