I've made a nested sortable tree


Hello all,
I've made a nested sortable tree. I started from the tree widget that
is forseen for version 1.8
I've used the 1.6b of jquery UI for this test. And I've alterd the
sortable component a bit.

I hope to get some feedback and maybe optimalizations from the
community and maybe from Paul.
The source is also available to download. If you make some changes
post them in this thread please.
