[jQuery] cross frame menu

</div><div>I know this is not directly related to jQuery, but I really need some help.</div><div>I have found many menu plugin for jQuery. However, none are supporting cross frame.</div><div>I am thinking of doing one myself, but I dont really know the concept or the main idea of how to do it.</div>
<div>Can anyone point me to the right direction? or is there a good tutorial somewhere?</div><div>
