Jquery dialog box with accordions and form elements in it.

Hi,

Can you please help with Jquery dialog box with accordions. Each accordions has form elements. Dialog box will have submit button to submit all form elements value. Appreciate if someone can give a demo code for this.

Something like this:

Submit: function() {
$('#myform').submit();

});
