jQuery-global development
in Developing jQuery Core

Thanks to the Microsoft team for their great work. I'm currently using jQuery-global for a client project and would like to spend some time to improve it.
I came up with a todo-list, how i think the project can be improved.
- add qunit for testing
- fix bug in $.localize described in here https://github.com/nje/jquery-glob/issues#issue/1
- contact nje https://github.com/nje and ask them to remove jquery-glob repo (currently it's a little bit confusing)
- move methods/properties/settings to subnamespace (i'm yet not sure what it should be - glob?, i18n?, i10n?)
- add demo with $.localize
- check code for http://docs.jquery.com/JQuery_Core_Style_Guidelines
- cleanup old demos
- write documentation for http://api.jquery.com/category/plugins/
- create build process to generate globalization.js and jquery.glob.js
- replace generator with non-VisualStudio tool
What do you guys think about the todos? Any corrections, recommendations or additions?
I'm not familiar with jQuery-core development but 3 days ago i did a pull-request on github adding qunit.
Yet i haven't got any response. What should i do or whom can i contact?
