If your question actually is - how to add jQuery to your web page - the fastest, easiest way is to add the following line to your HTML page after the </body> tag
<script src="http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1/jquery.min.js"></script>
This line loads the most recent version of jQuery Core to your page via Google's content delivery network.
