Jquery multiselect One to Many
in Using jQuery Plugins

I am using the plugin
http://www.quasipartikel.at/multiselect/
for multiselect. It works fine for one to one multiselect.
My requirement is to have one to many multiselect. I can choose the selection and store it. something like this. Basically grouping the value.
Or is there any other plugin to do this.
