[jQuery] Triggering CSS pseudo selectors (like hover)?
I'd like to be able to use jquery (or javascript at all) to trigger an
arbitrary element's pseudo selector. Is this possible at all?
Examples:
If you hover over one element it could trigger the hover state of a
totally different element.
If you have a hover effect on a menu trigger and then you roll over
the popup menu yoy could keep the hover effect on the trigger instead
of having the mouseleave revert it.
