I suspect you'll get more help at a Kindle forum. Since autocorrect is part of the Kindle OS, the most direct solution is to find a programmatic way to turn it on and off. Once you've got that, you can write a function in Autocomplete's open: option to turn it off, and a companion function in AC's close: option to turn it back on, if you need it.
