Menu keyboard handling

There was some kind of discussion going down on the Menu wiki page, which wasn't really the right place. Its basically about handling home/end and page up/down keys:

Home should focus the first item, end the last. The question is, what happens on menu with just one page for page up/down. Should it behave the same as home/end? Probably, right now it wraps, like cursor up/down.
