Nested Lists are breaking back button functionality
in jQuery Mobile

Hello all, this problem seems to have only been introduced recently because I am sure it was working at some stage.
When I go into the list, which has a nested list, then back up, then back in, the page with the nested list has disappeared from the DOM
here is some test code, feel free to try it
