Newbie: jQuery mobile 1.4 icons?

Newbie: jQuery mobile 1.4 icons?

Hi,

  I downloaded the jQuery mobile 1.4 and I see images folder with two subfolders icons-png and icons-svg. Is it from these folders the standard icons are used then? As for jQuery 1.3.1 I understand the images were only the below that had all the standard icons:

  • icons-18-black.png
  • icons-18-white.png
  • icons-36-black.png
  • icons-36-white.png

Are these images not used any more?

If so, when having jQuery mobile 1.4 hosted along with a Web application (and not accessed from a CDN), does it mean all of the images (in subfolders) need to be hosted as well? What is the minimum set of jQuery mobile 1.4 files that need to deployed? Doesn't seem to find that information.
