Problem with back button randomly going back too far
in jQuery Mobile

Hi,
I am having a little bit of an issue with the back button. Basically when I click around my app it works as expected but when I go to use the back button (mobile only) it will sometimes work and other times just go to the index.html page
I am not sure what could be going wrong and I have tried every example I could find online to get it working but still no go.
Im using a multipage application wrapped in PG. Its just very strange and I'm kind of at a loss right now.
Anyhow any help would be appreciated.
