Regression in position plugin: r3473

I couldn't find a commit notification to reply to, but r3473 caused a regression. See

Fixed. I had added a check of "scrollTo" in options.of to make the plugin work cross-window and fix an IE7/8 bug, but that check breaks when the of option is a selector. I changed it to check options.of.scrollTo.
