remembering which columns to display

Using JQM 1.3 table column toggle. How can I refresh the data in the table, or the whole page for that matter, while displaying only, or exactly, the columns that the user chose?

Each hidden <th> ans <td> has the class ui-table-cell-hidden. You can save those in a cookie, etc.

Sometimes, just writing down the question helps one find his own answer.
