toolbar with share buttons: facebook, twitter and others

Hello - I seem to remember seeing a toolbar on some websites with "share" buttons for Facebook, Twitter and a couple of other sites.  I think there may be other similar ones but this one is the most common and professional looking.  Does anyone know what this toolbar is called so I can find it on the web and implement it in my websites?
