Tryig to make acording tabs in wordpress

I am trying to make according tabs in wordpress. What would be the best and easy way to make this work. I was at the jquary site and I had downloaded the ui-1.11.4-custom can you tell me if this is the plugin to use with wordpress. I am new to this and would like to learn.
