Well, it should scroll to the top of the page to prevent user to scroll the long text.

HTML and jQuery

1. <a id="uptotop" href="#">up to top</a>
   

1. $('#uptotop').click(function() {
          $('html, body').animate({scrollTop: '0px'}, 0);
          return false;          
         });  

if i use this.. the fixed bottom bar is not fixed any more and it scrolls with the content.

For the bar i use:

1. <div data-position="fixed" data-role="footer" class="ui-footer ui-bar-a ui-footer-fixed slideup ui-fixed-hidden" role="contentinfo"></div>

So i know, where is the problem.

If i tap the display on iOs - the fixed toolbar is automatically hidden to the end of the page (maybe some gesture event). If i tap again it is visible again on the right place.

So if i click on up button it is also TAP for the fixed toolbar..  so it is the question, if it is possible to prevent this event.
