originally I wanted to email the jQuery project, but it doesn't seem there's something like a team email address. I was pointed to the forums.

May "jQuery" be used in the name of a 3rd party plugin? There's an upcoming project which makes a tighter connection between jQuery and  OpenLayers. The plan is to be an official  OSGeo in the future. As many people show interested I really expect it taking off after FOSS4G in September.

Before that I'd like to make sure that the name "geojquery" (not sure about the case sensitivity yet) is OK with the jQuery project. If it infringes trademarks, or you just simply don't want 3rd party plugins having "jquery" in there name, just tell us and we'll look for another name.
