Does JQM offer any classes that allow a button to span 100% of the width of its container?  Here is the code I'm using, but it does not span the full width like other JQM elements:

Other data-role elements like "listview" and "collapsible" span the width of the container.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Is it possible to add a button in JQM for "Near My Location" to find the nearest local office?  If I have 15 locations in Western Canada, can JQM point me to the nearest location using the geo location info from my phone? Not trying to make a big development project, but trying to determine if there are any simple solutions to this geo location feature for a company with multiple locations?

Can anyone point me to good reference materials for adding a home screen touch icon to Android devices.  I've got it nailed for iOS, but can't seem to determine the right icon size and/or code that makes it work on Android phones.  Any help would be appreciated.

Can anyone tell me if jquery automatically scales my header image and makes it grainy?  All images are very crisp except this logo image that appear in the header using the class="ui-btn-right".  Should it be sized to a specific height to avoid re-sizing and grainy appearance?  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Can someone please clarify the viewport settings required for JQM to work on IOS and Android devices? The website states JQM is "A unified, HTML5-based user interface system for all popular mobile device platforms," but I cannot seem to get my site to display/render properly on Android devices.  It works beautifully on IOS, but Android devices display the site very small when viewed on the testing emulators provided by BrowserStack.com.  I'm using the viewport settings that JQM recommends: 

Any idea why a jqm site renders very small on Android devices and renders fine on IOS (iPhone 4, 4S, 5)? See attached screen shots. I'm new to jqm and don't understand what's causing this!?  Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I'm using Browser Stack to test a phone specific site built with jquery mobile. The site renders nicely on the iPhone 4, 4S and 5, but renders poorly on most Android devices. It renders very small on Android devices.  Not sure if this is due to Browser Stack, jquery mobile or something else. Any suggestions on how to develop mobile sites that render well both IOS and Android devices? Thanks.

With listviews is it possible to create two equal columns rather than the default single column layout? I'm trying to present more navigation options to the user with two columns rather than just one?  Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
