Slider won't go to zero

I have a number of horizontal sliders on one page and can't get them to go to the min or max values without moving the opposite direction.

For example, if I have a slider that goes from 0 to 100. I move the slider to the right and the value increases. However, I can't move all the way back to the left and get the value back to 0. It goes to 1 and then I have to move the slider to the right one space to get it to go to 0.
