Using jQuery UI
Hello,
I have a draggable object, just a div that says different things. diff inputs inside.
I want it to clone. So I can drag them from a list onto my target
$( ".draggable" ).draggable
(
{
helper: "clone",
cursor: "move",
}
);
target droppable
$( "#droppable" ).droppable
({
drop: function( event, ui )
{
alert(ui.helper.name);
for( key in ui.helper ) {
if(ui[ key ] != null)
{
//
alert( "key is " + [ key ] + ", value is " + ui[ key ] );
}
}
object
<div name="test" id="test1" class="draggable" style="padding:5px;border:1px solid blue;cursor: move; ">
this is a draggable
<br />
Draggable 1
</div>
I'm trying to ID the dropped object. I want to be able to drag a div block with say..id 1 and then workout what was dragged..
Then I respond to what was dragged.
How can I workout what was dragged over?
