Feasibility of using jQuery UI in a project for simulating breadboard.

We have to make a project(any platform) in which we have to make a GUI which will show the connections and different components on a breadboard. In the backend i will generate a text version or a xml output of these connections. There are many java implementations available on net but i want to make it on jquery. https://www.circuitlab.com/ is one of the advanced examples of what we want to make. So can someone guide me about the feasibility of using jquery ui in this project??
