Hi, if you have multiple JQM pages in a single page App is it possible to not cache individual pages.
For example I have created this JSFiddle (apologies in advance for the markup) but if you opt to view Page Two then use the next link to Page Three is it possible to use the back button to go back to the first page and not cache Page Two?
Hi, I have one HTML file with a number of JQM pages in. Is it possible on some of them to place some code so that they are not cached, so when the back button is used it will miss them out?
Page One > Page Two > Page Three - Using a back button it would go Page Three, Two & One but would it be possible to add some code when Page Two is shown so it would be avoided thus it would go Page Three > Page One. Using the actual link (i.e href="#pageOne" isn't really ideal neither is using the history to go back two pages).
Hi, how does the following work regarding JQMobile. If a user is using my app developed with JQM and then opens up another app (placing mine in the background). When reopening my app will it open in the same place as where they left it? Or will it reload from the beginning?
For example if the app has five pages and the user has the third page open when they realise they need to use another app what happens to mine? Will all the data and values of variables get lost and return to the default values or will it open at the page on which they left and they would just continue with all the values still in place?
age=0; // default value of app initial run.
age=28; // Person age set by the user in the app.
Close the app and reopen it will the be age=0 or age=28?
And secondly, how can I change the background colour of list items without using themeroller etc.change the colour of a listview item - so it is white text on a black background. I can use theme 'a' to overwrite the settings.
Hi, I am in the process of developing my first app with JQM that I shall use in conjunction with Xcode. What I would like to know that if a user is using my app and decides to open another app, when they returns to mine will it open at the same point at which they left and will the variables etc, be the same when it is re-opened or will I have to store the variables in a local database/storage on closure and read them in on opening?
Hi I have the following code that when selected adds another item to the list. The problem I have is that the additional item does not get recognised on the following event handler especially as I want to return the id and the data-stream value. It works perfectly fine on the first block of code but not when the second is added.
Hi, I am not sure if this is the right place to post but here goes. Can anyone tell me that if you close an app to use another one then re-open the original do you open on the same page and any settings that are in use remain? For example, if a user enters there name and age in an app - close it whilst for example using the calculator - then re-open it, would it still open in the same page with both the names and age that the user had entered still in tact?
