i am using the following format to load data for IE7,IE8 but this is throwing an error for IE9 (nothing loads)

and the following is in the head

what is the best way to accomodate for all three IE browsers?

i have followed the very instructive  thread
"Placing dialog box next to mouse hover"
and i am trying to implement it here:

for each table i am trying different methods for "tooltips" -except that they will contain generated content and links, so i am trying the "dialog"
i did not know that dialog could be positioned, until i read the previous thread from August.
on my sample page the first table, last cell, the "p" tag displays the dialog as expected.
the second table.last cell is just using anchors.
then the third table, last cell i want to use the dialog method again, this time with an icon. but in this case-the dialog is showing up at its default - viewport center.
i am not getting any errors in firebug for the js. can smeone see what is wrong with the dialog positioning?

just wondering how i would "disable" tabs for a print style sheet, so that the content of all tabs would be listed and print.
