Some trouble with UI Tabs

Hello buddies. Happy New Year to all.

I faced with one strange behaviour using UI tabs. I just copied the very first example from demos page:

Version of jQuery is 1.8.3, of UI is 1.9.2. When my page just loading ( URI ishttp://localhost/project/admin/good/update/id/732/?hash=f59f6f829b11650bdc004df54bc665cd ), I have one AJAX request at the same time. But i dont need aby AJAXs at all, I just wanna pretty tabs

I gave a glance at the sources. It's method isLocal at 10911 row that returns false, and so my hrefs look like remote, but they're not.

Here is the method:

anchor.hash.length returns 6

anchor.href.replace( rhash, "" ) returns http://localhost/project/admin/good/update/id/732/?hash=f59f6f829b11650bdc004df54bc665cd

and location.href.replace( rhash, "" ) .replace( /\s/g, "%20" ) returns http://localhost/project/

So last two results don't equal for sure. Anybody knows why is this method working like this?

Attach the <script> tag to the head

Hi fellas!

I have a problem with adding some script files to my page. I update all the content on the page via ajax, so if on a new page I have some new js/css - files I haven't on previous, I need to attach 'em. In success method:

The css files has added as excected, but the script files has not. Instead of that I had the GET requests to each of the files.

Returned content from $.ajax

Hi!

I writing a tooltip plugin, that displaying content returned from the server ( ajax I mean ). I know there are bunch of such plugins, but it's for getting more experience in developing with jquery. Anyway, that's how I call the plugin:

The content function should return the HTML for displaying in my tooltip. Then in the plugin itself I write:

Here I fire the content function such as parameter of html function. But as you might suppose it's not working. I don't know how to return variable $inHtml from success method and then return that value from content function.

I tried create plugin in another context. I mean I tried to pass into the plugin ajax object and then call $.ajax function from the plugin itself:

   ajax : {

   data: {
   'getStrong' : 1,
   'id' : $(this).attr('rel')
   },

   ......
   $(this).data($inHtml);

In plugin:
1. $('.nTooltip').ajax(options.ajax);
But in this case $(this) in data object is pointing on the wrong object and $(this).attr('rel') returned nothing, so wrong data has sent to the server.

So could you please suggest the right way for working out this situation?

The problem with the Live method

Hi!

I'm developing a plugin that fired the popup with the form for editing one paramater, and then save it via ajax. I cutted almost all the code from the plugin for showing you the heart of the problem.

As you can see in the snippet of code below I just add the click handler in which i call the alert:

And here how I call the plugin:

2. $('.mylink').sdialog();
3. });
But my desired alert has not appeared. I cant understand where I have made the mistake. It's because of live function, cause if I just write the click function, all work fine:
1. $(this).click(function() {
2. ....
But I need to add the handler to new created elements, so the live method is I desire to use. The version of jQuery is 1.4.2.

So can you tell me please, what have I done wrong?
