I have my date picker working properly with this code:

But I see on this page here (the google libraries page):

That the current version is 1.10.1 for the jQuery UI
Would it be incorrect to use it like this:

- <script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jqueryui/1.10.1/jquery-ui.min.js" type="text/javascript"></script>

The reason I ask is that at the top of the Libraries page is says:
I have not done that in my testing and it 'seems' to work as I have it posted.To load a hosted library, copy and paste the HTML snippet for that library (shown below) in your web page. For instance, to load jQuery, embed the<script src="//ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.9.1/jquery.min.js"></script>snippet in your web page.
Should I be adding that code forthe 1.9.1 script line so that the code looks like this instead (to prevent future problems?):

Is there a more current jquery-ui.css sheet I should be referencing as well? If so where would I find that as I didn't notice it in the google libraries page at all.

I am running a Customer management and follow up system called Infusionsoft.
I can create secure webforms (https connections) for my clients to use that are hosted by that company.
They have a form "Builder" that lets you drag and drop elements onto the form.
One of the elements is an "HTML" element that will let you insert code.
I am trying to implement a "Date Picker" for a date field that is on the form.
I found that I could use this code to get the Date Picker Calendar to appear:- <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="https://ajax.googleapis.

. . . with one exception. It formats the date like this: mm/dd/yy
I need it to display and submit the selection in this format: dd-mm-yy

. . . but I really am not sure how to integrate that into the above code.
Can someone assist with this, OR, is there an option or reference within the Google Libraries that I can use that will cover this need?
How do I search for it as I am having no luck finding it.
It appears that is MUST come from the Google Libraries or else it will NOT display the Datepicker in the Chrome Browser.
