Force accordion to focus at top
[7Replies]
08-Jun-2010 04:01 PM
Forum:
Using jQuery UI
I have an accordion of 4 elements each of which opens to more than a screen's worth of text.
Reading to the bottom of each section requires scrolling. Once there the next accordion is visible.
When that new section is clicked it opens by expanding to the top, leaving the window focused on the bottom of that section.
So you have to scroll back up to begin reading at the top of that section. Not good.
Any way to keep the focus at the top of each section when it opens?
Or, failing that, at the top of the page - which in this case would show the top of the newly opened section?
Thanks!
Terry
