Jquery Mobile 1.1.0: Back button NOT shown on external links

Until this release, if I used links to pages like this:
1. <a href="#pgAboutFriend?friendName=Akash" rel="external></a>
i.e. with
1. rel="external"
the BACK button was added. But after upgrading to JQM 1.1.0 they are NOT added.

Markup of 'pgAboutFriend' is:
1. <section id="pgAboutFriend" data-role="page" data-add-back-btn="true" class="restrict">
Explanation for using rel="external" (Can be skipped)

I need to have parameters in the URL(eg. "#pgAboutFriend?friendName=Akash").

And pageshow events for pgAboutFriend parses the friendName from:
1. window.location.hash
If rel="external" is NOT used the location hash is not updated all the time!

Navigation in firefox doesn't work if using a custom theme from ThemeRoller Awaiting moderation!

Navigation in my app doesn't work in firefox(Works in Chrome), if i change my stylesheet from the default to the one downloaded from Theme Roller.

Code segment which works fine:
1. <link href="http://code.jquery.com/mobile/latest/jquery.mobile.min.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />
If i JUST rewrite the above code segment as:
1. <link href="Css/TestTheme.css" rel="stylesheet"/>
  <link rel="stylesheet" href="http://code.jquery.com/mobile/1.0/jquery.mobile.structure-1.0.min.css" />
  
Where TestTheme.css is my custom theme downloaded from ThemeRoller and placed in the correct location, the Navigation doesn't work.

Navigation doesn't work means:
Here's my page structure:
1. <html>
2. <head></head>
3. <body>
4. <div id="pageOne" data-role="page">
5. 
6. 
7.             <footer data-role="footer" data-position="fixed" data-id="idFooter">
                  <nav data-role="navbar" id="navFtr">

                          <li id="ftrTwo"><a href="#pageTwo">TWO</a></li>
                      </ul>
                  </nav>

And i click on 'TWO' in the footer(while i am in page ONE), the URL changes to http://myappur/#pageTwo but doesn't navigates to pageTwo(remains in pageOne) unless i reload/refresh the page.

Also the footer(although fixed) doesn't stick to the bottom in both the browsers with the custom CSS.

So when i click on 'TWO' in the footer, the URL changes to ur/#pageTwo but doesn't change to pageTwo unless i reload/refresh the page.
