Hello! I asked for help before on the JQuery UI official forum...but i really didnt get the answer i needed...this is my old post:
https://forum.jquery.com/topic/how-to-make-the-content-slide-in-from-navigation
Well, i hope anyone have time to help me out...i would really REALLY appreciate it..
So, i cannot really understand how i can make the content in the same way as in www.coty.com. I have tried several ways but i dont succeed.
I have tried using this tutorial: http://yensdesign.com/2008/12/how-to-load-content-via-ajax-in-jquery/
But that only works going UP and DOWN. I have tried changing the script so i instead of content.slideUp, i used loading.animate({ width:600}); to width: 0. In short, it means that i instead let the loading bar slide out and "cover" the content and then comeback so the new content can be seen...but that only made the content slide away and then drop down, which gave an ugly outcome...
So, how can i make it JUST like www.coty.com? Their content just slides in from the right, while the loading bar/div covers the content...
I would be SOO happy if anyone could help me out. I am quite a beginner so i would love if it could be explained thoroughly...
- Hello! I am building this website where i want to have the same navigation system as www.coty.com does. The content slides in and out when u click a link...
So, i got a bit help with it and was referred to this website: http://yensdesign.com/2008/12/how-to-load-content-via-ajax-in-jquery/ and they had a great tutorial!
Altho! their tutorial showed how to make it up and down only....now that i have coded it all in, i thought (since im new to this language) that changing slideUp to slideLeft would do it, but it didnt!
How can i come about this problem?
