- Hello! I'm getting started with JQM and trying to learn some patterns in the mark-up used. Up until now I had found a consistent way to attach a theme, with the data-theme attribute. For instance:
- <div data-role="header" data-theme="f">
or- <button type="submit" data-theme="b">Submit</button>
On the other hand, the docs page on layout grids says we should use something like this inside grids:- <div class="ui-bar ui-bar-e">Block A</div>
I would have expected- <div class="ui-bar" data-theme="e">Block A</div>
... which doesn't work. Am I right to see an inconsistency here? The same docs page states:
where "to an element" sounds to me like "to any element", which makes me even more confused. Any ideas? Also, all advice in order to grasp the correct mark-up usage pattern and its exceptions will be appreciated.Theme classes (not data-theme attributes) from the theming system can be added to an element, including grids.Thanks in advance,Ezequiel- «Prev
