My Script is making jQuery not responding

Hi,

I have an script with windowssize conditions for responsive functionality in jQuery.
But if I scale the window I get the error that a jQuery is not responding.
I have tried to comment something out in my code to test if the script will work better but I don't have getting a positive reaction.

How to remove the progressbar elements on supersized plugin?

Hi,
i use the supersized plugin with the shutter theme.
Now I want to disable the progress-bar. this works over to set an option.
But now the HTML-elements will show furthermore.

How can I gear that the progressbar will removed if the booleanvalue is set to 0.
My idea was to remove it on using a if/else. But how can I check that the option is set 0?

Hi,
i´m using the spriteanimation plugin spritley .

And now I want to change the .sprite({ speed: 4000}); through the arrowkeys, left and right using keydown.

But I have some problems with the syntax.

Could somebody take a look and can tell me how can I fix this?

A little problem with my hover on a UL

Hi,
I have a little problem and I'm be stuck.
I want to wrote a little caption hover for an ul with images. But my problem is that the hover is activating on every li and not only on this where the mouse is over.

how can I select a list-item which is 3rd-Element and has a child span with a class?
1. var paginationUl = jQuery('ul.pagination'),
2. paginationLi = jQuery('li', paginationUl),

4. paginationStart = jQuery('.pagination-start', paginationUl),

Here I got the error "Object true has no method children".

Looking for a plugin for seperate words in a inputfield

I have a span with different arabic digits and I need that this will be dynamic translated into an roman digit.

Hi,
how could I select a html-element before :last-child?

I have an script like:
1. var lastelm = $('div.lof-main-item:last-child'),
          buttonnext = $('a.next'),
          buttonprev = $('a.previous');
  
          $(buttonnext).click(function() {
              if (lastelm.css('opacity') === '1') {
                  $(buttonprev).show();
              };
          });
But I don´t need the lst-child but the one before last.

if declared several variables for using with css. Now I have an problem to find the right syntax to add jquery css declaration with this variables.
1. var menu                          = $('nav'),
        menuAnchorClose     = $('a.menu.open-close'),
        options             = $('aside'),
        optionsAnchorClose = $('a.options.open-close'),
        middle                = {position: 'relative'},
        widthMenu             = $('.mainmenu').outerWidth( true ),
