I using the latest jquery and jquerymobileclicking on a button with the following markup- <div data-role="navbar">

Hi,I am one of the few developers facing a task right now using jquery mobile framework as a development tool for mobile applications. I praise its very revolutionary avenue it has created and hope that a lot can be doneEarlier I had inquired about the support of jquerymobile with Blackberry mobile phones using version 5 O.S. While the framework has been tested on version 5 its functioning has been very dismal making it not a good tool at the moment. I was told that support for the version would be coming soon. However since the release of the alpha 4 version of jquerymobile nothing has been said since of the support for the version.MY questions here are ....1) Is there going to be any support for the version 5 O.S?2) If so can we can and ETA on when this might come to pass?3) If not can we get an official response for this and provide reason (please)ThanksKendall- Hi guys,Now that the new release of JQuery Mobile is out what about support for Blackberry O.S. 5?Would there be any?Can we get and ETA on when it will/ might be available?

I really love the idea of the jquerymobile as it makes ui development ALOT easier specially for backend developers but I have been trying to use the JQueryMobile on blackberry 5 and I must say it really has been challenging. I am aware that work is being done to work out the quirks where this is concern but has anyone thought of just using the CSS only of jquerymobile? Can a "scaled down" version be made from it to support Blackberry 5?- «Prev
