jQuery Forum

I just bought a jquery plug in called "shiner- HTML5 Canvas Glow Effects Jquery Plugin." I cant seem to get it working and I'm not 100% sure why. I'm using bootstrap framework and have it placed where I want it on the page. I have the script placed correctly (I think, but could be wrong) in the head, and to make sure jquery was active I placed a script from google's content delivery network. I dont think that was necessary obviously, but it was worth a shot. I have all the CSS files that cam with the plug in, in the directory... ANY HELP WOULD BE AWESOME!!!
