Autocomplete order of match

Hello,

I have a file that is loaded in the <head> containing:

var data= [
{ name: "Anabel", surname:"Smith", age: "19", email: "lala@lalala.lala", id: "Ana" },
.....................................
];

I am using the following code in order to search:
1. <script type="text/javascript">
2. $().ready(function() {
4. $("#searchtext").autocomplete(data, {
5. minChars: 3,
6. mustMatch:false,
7. scroll: false,
8. max:15,
9. width: 310,
10. matchContains: "word",
11. autoFill: false,
12. formatItem: function(row, i, max) {
13. return row.name + " - " + row.surname + " " + row.age + " (" + row.email + ") -" + row.id;
14. },
16. formatMatch: function(row, i, max) {
17. return row.name
19. },
21. formatResult: function(row) {
22. return row.id;
23. }
24. });
if someone search for the name, everything works ok,
but I want to be able to search by id and then by name then by email etc.

For example:
If someone enter Ana in the search field the first three letters of Anabel are returned.
I want first the list to be searched by id, then by name, and so on...

How can this be accomplished?

Can someone please help me?

Hello,

I am using the bassistance version of Jquery autocomplete as:

1. I have one .js file that contains:

var cities= [
"Anaa",
"Arrabury",
"Al Arish",
"Ad Dabbah",
"Les Salines",
"Apalachicola Mnpl",
"Arapoti",
"Merzbruck",
"Arraias"
];

2.

$("#suggest14").autocomplete(cities, {
        matchContains: true,
        scroll: false,
        minChars: 2, maxItemsToShow:10,
    });

that works ok.

But i have a couple more var that i want the plugin to search..

e.g var id=
[
"1",
"2"

];
etc.

how can I use the other var as well?
e.g
$("#suggest14").autocomplete(cities,id, {

doesnt work.

Also how can I return only the ID to the text field input after the selection by the user?

e.g
the search:
1 Athens Greece

to return in the field as
1
